About Boundless Digital Project:

The Boundless digital project springs from a two-part exhibition of the same name that took place at the Mead Art Museum at Amherst College from August 29, 2023 – January 7, 2024, and February 27-July 7, 2024. The exhibitions were researched and organized by poet and writer Heid E. Erdrich (Ojibwe).

The exhibitions featured work by Native American writers and artists grounded but not contained in the Northeast and include materials from Amherst College’s Collection of Native American Literature, the collections of the Mead, works on loan from artists, and other institutional and private collections.
